Securing your money against an investmnet property:

This route is also advantageous.  Your money is secured by a property.  You receive your return when the particular action that must be completed on that property is completed.  The same returns on investment are offered when you choose this route.

How do you decide which option is best for you:

The only factor that comes into play when making this decision is what you feel more comfortable with.  We have clients that choose both routes.  YOU make the decision based on YOUR comfort level.

Rates of return based on amount of money borrowed:

$9,999 or less = 12% rate of return

$10,000 to $14,999 = 13% rate of return

$15,000 to $19,999 = 14% rate of return

$20,000 or more = 15% rate of return
